Christmas and Easter are big Polish traditions, and they are some of our busiest times of the year. Piekutowski's European Sausage does its best to accommodate many orders, but to make sure your sausage arrives on time, make sure to place your order early.
We do stop taking Christmas mail orders online and by phone 14 days before Christmas. We resume shipping on December 26. Please allow at least 7 days for your order to be processed. That way, Piekutowski's European Sausage of St. Louis, MO, can deliver amazing sausage for every holiday feast.
The best way to refrigerate your new smoked meat is to wrap it in white Butcher paper. The meat needs air to breathe, so putting it into a plastic bag or cling wrap will give your meat a slimy texture. You should use the Butcher paper as soon as you open the product and remove it from the Cryovac bag.

Want to keep your smoked meat even longer? You can freeze our products for long-term storage. Be sure to leave the product in the Cryovac bag and the white Butcher paper when you freeze it.
